After taking notes for a few weeks with the new Supernote A5X tablet, I'm ready to ditch paper and go fully digital.
Why the Super Note A5X is so good!
The Supernote isn’t meant to replace your iPad. It does a few things very well, removing distractions from your life so you can focus on creating rather than consuming content. At $499, the A5X isn’t a casual purchase, but I found it worth the cost for the ability to focus on tasks.
You won’t be watching movies on the Supernote. At 10.3 inches, the grayscale display is sharp and bright, but it’s meant for taking notes, not video. The E INK Mobius touchscreen display has a resolution of 1404×1872 with 226 PPI.
The trade-off for the lack of color is that the A5X has a very long battery life. I used it for days without charging it. It is also glare-free, so you can use it outside.
