I love my Windows Surface Pro 7, but when it comes to getting tasks done, my 11-inch iPad Air takes the cake.

On the outside, both tablets look very similar. They are rectangular, silvery slabs that I have decorated with pens and keyboards, they have a sturdy design and they are light enough to be easy to carry around. It is not an easy decision to choose the iPad: the Surface has so many advantages that in some cases I prefer it over the iPad.
These models are among the latest tablet hybrids that Microsoft and Apple have launched and they represent two different design philosophies.
Dive deeper and the Surface starts to look more appealing. I love the unique kickstand that props it up at just the right angle, and the optional keyboard attachment is perfect for its size.
