As the highly anticipated 11th season of the popular travel competition series “Jet Lag: The Game” kicks off on Nebula, the indie streamer will be rolling out its first-ever major price increase on September 1.

Major is of course relative, as the creator-owned streamer, which currently has a price point of $5 per month and $50 per year, is going to raise its price by a whopping $1 to $6 per month and $60 per year. This is compared to the costs of Netflix, Max and similar mega-streamers that have also seen a number of price hikes recently.

Nebula also offers a specific deal that many of the larger streamers don’t: special codes promoted by Nebula creators in their content. These give 40% off the new annual membership price, which is now just $36.

And all of these changes only apply to new subscribers, as Nebula says it will continue to charge its current rates for existing customers. This information was announced on August 1, giving non-customers plenty of time to lock in their lower membership rates.
