Microsoft has posted instructions on how to bypass Windows 11's TPM 2.0 requirement, but you'll still need TPM 1.2 or higher.
Installing Windows 11 without TPM 2.0 or on older CPUs
One of the biggest hurdles for Windows users when upgrading to Windows 11 is the TPM 2.0 chip requirement. Microsoft says it’s pushing TPM for the new operating system to improve security for its users, but not everyone has 2.0 installed on their system. Fortunately, there is an official workaround for installing Windows 11 that can bypass the TPM 2.0 requirement, but you’ll still need at least TPM 1.2 for it to work.
First, check if your computer has a TPM chip installed and find the version number if it does. If it does and the version number is 1.2 or higher, you can create a Windows 11 installation tool from the installation page. Then follow the steps in Microsoft’s instructions to complete the installation.
It is important to emphasize that there are still risks associated with attempting to circumvent TPM 2.0 requirements in this manner.
