The final season of World of Warcraft Dragonflight is coming out on April 23rd and Blizzard Entertainment is hard at work polishing the patch. On April 16th, the developers announced balancing changes, but players can’t seem to figure out the logic behind them.

Blizzard is reducing the healing output of Monks, Druids, Shamans, and Discipline Priests in Season Four. Additionally, Mistweaver Monk is getting an additional nerf to the Ancient Teachings healing in PvP. While Blizzard is reducing the healing output of Monks, Druids, and Shamans by five to 13 percent, Discipline Priests are having their Atonement heals shortened.
Blizzard wants to let other healers shine in Season Four without requiring any additional adjustments.
“In Season 4, we’re reducing the overall throughput of some healers to better align with our tuning goals, while increasing the relative power of Holy Paladin, Preservation Evoker, and Holy Priest without having to further increase healer capabilities,” Blizzard said.
