Wuthering Waves has a bunch of achievements that you can complete once you've completed the main story. One achievement, POWER!, requires you to climb a great height to unlock it.
How to Sit on the Highest Seat in Jinzhou in Wuthering Waves | POWER! Achievement
The POWER! Achievement tasks you with finding the highest chair in all of Jinzhou, which is a bit confusing. There are plenty of chairs to sit on all over the world, so where is the highest one?
Southeast of Jinzhou in Wuthering Waves, you will find some very high mountains. It will take a while to climb to the top, but you will be above the clouds. That way you know you are on the right track.
You should eventually reach a Resonance Beacon at the top of a mountain called Huanglong-Jinzhou-Shade Ridge. When you do, you will be close to the chair you need to sit on. Look towards the top of the mountain and you will see a lone cow protecting it, who will try to push you off as you climb up. Kill it, and the chair will be yours to claim.
