This article explains Microsoft's Xbox All Access, which gives you a current-generation console and access to hundreds of games for one monthly fee.
What is Xbox All Access?
With All Access, you get an Xbox console and 24 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, plus the option to upgrade when Microsoft releases a new console and you've paid the equivalent of an 18-month contract by then.
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is a monthly subscription service that offers more features than Xbox Game Pass Core. (Core includes first-party Microsoft Xbox games and a rotating library of third-party games.) The Ultimate subscription includes perks like EA Play, a separate subscription service offering a wide variety of EA sports and action games.
The Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription also includes access to the Xbox Cloud Gaming platform, which lets you play your favorite console games on a Windows 10 PC, iPhone, iPad, or Android device using a browser (Microsoft Edge, Chrome, or Safari). Visit xbox.com/play to play hundreds of Xbox Game Pass games.
