The xcopy command is a command prompt command that allows you to copy one or more files or folders from one location to another location.

With its many options and the ability to copy entire directories, it is similar to, but much more powerful than, the copy command. The robocopy command is also similar, but has even more options.
This command is available through the command prompt in all Windows operating systems, including Windows 11. You can also open the command in MS-DOS as a DOS command.
