Streamers Asmongold, xQc, and Kaceytron have found themselves in a crossfire after the latter commented on Asmongold's lifestyle, even claiming it indirectly caused his mother's death. XQc responded sharply to her comments, leading to a nasty back-and-forth exchange on X (formerly Twitter).
xQc responds to "Kaceytron" liking tweet blaming Asmongold's Lifestyle for her mother's death
Twitch streamer Kaceytron recently had a few things to say about fellow content creator and Twitch A-lister Asmongold. "I have no respect for Asmongold after he let his mother with COPD live in those conditions," Kaceytron said in a Twitch stream on April 25. She claimed that Asmongold was rich and still "let his mother live like that." Kaceytron went on to say that if these comments made her a bad person, she would still be "miles above Asmongold." This, along with tweets once again targeting Asmongold's lifestyle, caught the attention of xQc, who came out in the streamer's defense.
“Asmongold hates himself more than any of us ever could,” Kaceytron wrote on X (formerly Twitter) on April 25, before calling him “a disgusting man” with “dirty, hateful, filthy ways.” XQc responded by saying that Asmongold is free to do whatever he wants with his money, and questioned why Kaceytron has a problem with how he lives. “You have a lot of money too,” xQc told Kaceytron, adding, “[r]espect people’s choices ma’am.”
Kaceytron snapped back, claiming xQc was addicted to Adderall, to which he merely responded with, "You're cooked, opinion disavowed," with a gif of a fried chicken. Asmongold himself also responded to Kaceytron's tweet. "You're fat and you spend your life smoking weed and doing drugs," he wrote.
