Yahoo Mail's AI beta introduces new ways to help you manage your emails and online shopping.

A brand new Yahoo Mail feature is in the works via the 'Yahoo Mail AI beta experience'. This feature promises to keep track of forgotten discount codes and gift cards for you, and offers updates for search, writing and summaries.
The newest addition, Shopping Saver, offers the ability to dig up codes, credits or gift cards that may be languishing in your inbox. While it can save you from losing them for future purchases, the tool can also suggest draft messages that can be sent to merchants on your behalf after a purchase is made. Yahoo believes this can be used to save money after the purchase, assuming you have an eligible code or card and the merchant accepts it, of course.
Three other AI tools are also getting updates. Search now accepts questions (instead of just names or keywords) and offers new filters for Date, From, and To. Writing Assistant, which can compose outgoing emails for you, adds more “tones” to your suggested messages, so you can now set the voice to apologetic, urgent, and so on. Message Overview scans incoming emails and offers shortened versions that focus on key elements like requested actions, dates, and times.
