Apple has established guidelines approving the use of Clorox disinfecting wipes on Apple products, such as your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
What They Said: Apple basically says it's fine to use disinfectant wipes with at least 70 percent isopropyl alcohol to clean your Apple gadgets, as long as you only do it on hard, nonporous surfaces like keyboards, displays, and other outdoor surfaces.
Will it stop COVID-19? Wipes like these kill 99 percent of bacteria and viruses, but it’s unclear whether they’ll affect the current strain of COVID-19. Still, it’s likely to have the same effect on the recent virus as it has on others, according to a CNN report.
Where to Get Them: The wipes don't appear to be available on Amazon at this time, but retailers like Costco or other equally effective alternatives may have them in stock.
