Meta has finally rolled out the ability to cross-post posts from Instagram and Facebook to Threads, a significant expansion of your sharing options.

This latest update builds on the existing functionality that allowed users to share their Threads posts to Instagram. Now, the content flow has been flipped, allowing users to populate their Threads feed with posts from both Instagram and Facebook.

There’s a catch, though. The current iteration of this feature is limited to still images only. This means that while your favorite snapshots can make their way to Threads, your reels and videos will have to remain on their original platforms for the time being.

With the rollout of the cross-posting feature, you will notice a new 'Threads' option at the bottom when creating a new post. You can also select the option in 'More options' (which leads to the 'Advanced Settings' page).
