Adobe is the latest company to roll out these sorts of AI capabilities, adding a beta AI Assistant to its Reader and Acrobat products. The idea is that you can literally chat with your PDFs to glean insights and information from them, though you will have to sign up for one of the paid plans (starting at $22.99 per month).
