The final boss of Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree was a tough challenge for most players, and now it turns out those who complained about how unfair it felt were right.
The final boss of the Elden Ring DLC is awesome…
A Reddit thread from July 30 shows what the hitboxes were for Promised Consort Radahn's swords in the Elden Ring DLC, and they're huge. They're much larger than what the sword models would suggest, which could explain how cramped the combat feels.
The funny thing is that Radahn's first phase is quite simple compared to his second phase, where he teams up with Miquella to create a hodgepodge of holy magic that devours the battlefield with constant AoE damage.
So, the two swords aren’t even the hardest part of the fight, but they’re also seemingly cheesier than you’d think. Starscourge Radahn had a similar issue in the base game, but it was patched. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like that fix followed him into the “afterlife.”
