Are you tired of listening to sponsored ads? Well, now you can do something about it. YouTube now has a new feature called “Jump Ahead,” which lets you skip frequently skipped parts of videos, including sponsored segments.

The feature, which began testing a few months ago, is now widely available to Premium subscribers. It uses a combination of user data and AI to predict which parts of a video viewers are likely to skip. When a user taps the “Jump Ahead” button, they’re taken to the next popular section of the video.
When the feature is used, an overlay message will appear saying “Skip over frequently skipped section”.
YouTube will initially prioritize videos with higher view counts for this feature. This means that not all videos will support Jump Ahead at launch.
