The Criminal Investigation Special Response Team is a large group with many unique characters that you can recruit in Zenless Zone Zero. One of these members is Seth, an upcoming playable unit that you may be looking for a release date for.

There are many different ZZZ characters coming in the future and the list is only going to keep growing. As such, you’ll want to know when Seth is coming to ZZZ to ensure you have the pulls you need to recruit him if you hope to have him on your team.
Seth's release date hasn't been officially announced yet, but he's expected to be part of update 1.1. So he could appear on August 14th or about three weeks later, on September 4th.
Seth's drip marketing began on July 8th, meaning he's almost certainly coming in the next major update. In all games, HoYoverse shares character drip marketing for a while before the update they're in, so it's almost certain that Seth will be released on one of those two dates.
