What really happened at the end of Ted Lasso?
The third season of Ted Lasso concluded in May 2023. While it may feel like a chapter has closed for Ted (Jason Sudeikis) and his journey, it looks like a new chapter is beginning, as it was already announced that season 4 is on the way.
The final moments of the Season 3 finale episode, "So Long, Farewell," hinted at several paths the characters' stories could take going forward, and we're collecting all the possibilities touched on in those final minutes, whether they're explored in Season 4 or in potential spinoffs. Because in Ted's own words to Trent Crimm (James Lance) about the author's book, "I would change the title. It's not about me. It never has been."
