Cleveland's big moment on live-action television ended 20 years ago, on September 8, 2004, when The Drew Carey Show ended after nine seasons on ABC.
Mark Harmon REVEALS why he had to leave NCIS..
The sitcom follows a fictionalized version of Drew Carey, who works as an assistant personal manager at a Cleveland department store, where his coworkers include the boorish boss Nigel (Craig Ferguson) and the loud secretary Mimi (Kathy Kinney). Outside of work, Drew hangs out with his friends — delivery man Oswald (Diedrich Bader), janitor Lewis (Ryan Stiles) and tomboy Kate (Christa Miller).
Other series regulars arrive later: Steve (John Carroll Lynch), Drew's cross-dressing brother, and Kellie (Cynthia Watros), Drew's childhood friend, whom he eventually marries in the series finale.
Along the way, The Drew Carey Show has featured plenty of familiar faces as guests, as you can see on Plex, where the full series is currently streaming, or in the photo gallery below.
