Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez administered the oath of membership to Governor Melchor Diclas of Yap and Benguet during a simple ceremony at the Speaker's Social Hall in the House of Representatives.
Of the 307 members of the House, 103 are members of Lakas-CMD.
Earlier, Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna, Manila Rep. Joel Chua, Isabela Rep. Ed Christopher Go and former Marikina Rep. Miro Quimbo also took oath as members of Lakas-CMD.
