Pack your bags for your next trip to Las Colinas, because Apple TV+ reveals the trailer for Season 3 of the bilingual feel-good series Acapulco, which tells the story of Maximo in both the past and present.

Season 3 of the original comedy series, which debuts on Wednesday, May 1, sees Eugenio Derbez and Enrique Arrizon embody the character of Maximo in the present day and in 1985, when he worked at the resort. In this latest chapter, it’s time to right the wrongs of the past and embrace exciting new beginnings.

In the current story, the older Maximo (Derbez) will find himself in a Las Colinas he no longer recognizes. Meanwhile, in 1985, the younger Maximo (Arrizon) continues to climb the ladder of success, while also jeopardizing the relationships he has worked so hard to build, whether it is with romantic interest Julia (Camila Perez) or best friend Memo (Fernando Carsa).

In addition to Derbez, Arrizon, Perez, and Carsa, Season 3 adds familiar Apple TV+ faces like Ted Lasso’s Cristo Fernandez and Jaime Camil (Jane the Virgin, Schmigadoon!) in recurring guest roles. Returning cast members include Damián Alcázar, Vanessa Bauche, Regina Reynoso, Raphael Alejandro, Jessica Collins, Rafael Cebrián, Carlos Corona, and Regina Orozco.
