Peter Schrager and Kyle Brandt to Stay with 'Good Morning Football' for July 29 Relaunch
EXCLUSIVE: Akbar Gbajabiamila is one of the new faces of Good Morning Football, joining Jamie Erdahl, Kyle Brandt and Peter Schrager on the NFL Network show.
The former NFL star and host of The Talk Show spoke to Deadline about his new duties on the sports program and how his parents inspired him to dream.
"This is a return to football for me," he said. "I stepped out and built my entertainment portfolio with American Ninja Warrior, with The Talk… And this is a cool mix of the things I've done, because GMFB is football, but it's also pop culture. It's taking what's happening in the world of football, outside of football, and putting it all together. As a former player, I get to talk about football, which is cool."
