New Amazon Prime Video TV shows and movies coming between August 19 and August 25, 2024 include the films Drive-Away Dolls and 10 Cloverfield Lane.
On Thursday, August 22, viewers will be able to stream Drive-Away Dolls on Amazon Prime Video. It is a comedy crime film starring Margaret Qualley and Geraldine Viswanathan. The story follows Jamie, a free-spirited girl struggling with a fresh breakup, and her reserved friend Marian, who struggles to stay relaxed. The two embark on a road trip to Tallahassee for a fresh start. However, Jamie and Marian soon encounter incompetent criminals along the way.
10 Cloverfield Lane is set to hit Amazon Prime Video on August 24. Directed by Dan Trachtenberg from a screenplay by Damien Chazelle, Josh Campbell, and Matthew Stuecken, the story follows a woman who is placed in a shelter with two men after a car accident. The men believe the world is suffering from a horrific chemical attack.
