New TV shows and movies coming to Amazon Prime Video between July 29 and August 4, 2024 include the films Challengers and Lisa Frankenstein.
On July 29, Amazon Prime Video subscribers will be able to watch Challengers. Challengers is a romantic sports drama film directed by Luca Guadagnino, known for films such as Call Me by Your Name and Suspiria. The film follows Tashi Donaldson, a tennis coach and former player who trains her husband Art to become a world-famous Grand Slam champion. Tashi, witnessing Art's losing streak, has him sign up for the "Challengers" event, which is located near a professional tennis tournament. Art soon finds himself pitted against his former best friend and Tashi's ex-boyfriend in the tournament.
Then, Lisa Frankenstein will be released on Amazon Prime Video on July 30th. Lisa Frankenstein is a romantic horror comedy about a teenager who falls in love with a handsome corpse. After she brings the corpse back to life, she quickly goes on multiple adventures with him. The two then encounter all sorts of comically gruesome situations.
