The trailer for Ananya Panday’s upcoming web series, Call Me Bae, dropped on Tuesday, August 20. The show offers a glimpse into the intriguing plot of the series and marks Panday’s OTT debut. Moreover, the trailer reveals a reverse take on the classic rags-to-riches story.

Call Me Bae will be available to stream on Amazon Prime Video from September 6, 2024. The series follows Ananya Panday as she takes on the role of a South Delhi heiress who faces a dramatic change in her life after losing her fortune.

The trailer introduces Panday’s character, a privileged young woman from South Delhi who suddenly loses her wealth and status. With her back against the wall, she moves to Mumbai, where she has to find a new way of life: from looking for a job as a social media journalist to cleaning her own apartment.
