Matlock (CBS) Teaser HD – Kathy Bates Series
EXCLUSIVE: Andrea Londo (Narcos) has joined CBS in a major recurring role on Matlock, the upcoming drama series inspired by the classic TV series of the same name and starring Kathy Bates.
From Jennie Snyder Urman, Matlock stars Bates as Madeline "Matty" Matlock, a brilliant septuagenarian who found success in her younger years and decides to return to work at a prestigious law firm, where she uses her unassuming demeanor and shrewd tactics to win cases. Matty is assigned to Olympia (Skye P. Marshall), a senior attorney and major rainmaker with a thirst for justice. Olympia's ex-husband, Julian (Jason Ritter), the son of the firm's head (Beau Bridges), is intrigued by Matty and her shrewd skills.
Londo plays Simone, a new junior associate at the law firm who remembers Sarah (Leah Lewis) fondly from law school. But Sarah believes she's her arch nemesis, and in this competitive environment, it's hard to know who to trust.
