Ashley Judd I call on Biden to step aside Defeating Trump is too important
In an op-ed for USA Today published Friday, Ashley Judd called on Joe Biden to “step aside voluntarily and gracefully” so that a “talented, robust Democrat” can run for president.
She wrote that Biden showed during the debate that he was "unable to stop Trump as he unleashed a torrent of infuriating lies, unchecked."
Judd visited the White House in April to help the Biden administration promote its new national strategy to prevent suicide. She lost her mother, Naomi Judd, in the process.
