Bad Sisters season 2 confirms release date and new cast
Apple TV+ has scheduled the Season 2 premiere of Sharon Horgan’s dark murder mystery series Bad Sisters for Wednesday, November 13. The second season will launch with two episodes, followed by weekly episodes, every Wednesday through December 25 on Apple TV+. The streamer also released a first-look photo for Season 2 (see above).
Season 2 continues the lives of the Garvey sisters, played by Sharon Horgan as 'Eva', Anne-Marie Duff as 'Grace', Eva Birthistle as 'Ursula', Sarah Greene as 'Bibi' and Eve Hewson as 'Becka'. Two years after the 'accidental death' of 'Grace's' abusive husband, the close-knit Garvey sisters may have moved on, but as truths from the past resurface, the spotlight is back on the ladies, suspicions are higher than ever, lies are told, secrets are revealed and the sisters are forced to figure out who they can trust.
The new and returning cast includes Fiona Shaw, Owen McDonnell, Thaddea Graham, Barry Ward, Michael Smiley, Saise Quinn, Daryl McCormack, Yasmine Akram, Jonjo O'Neill, Peter Claffey, Deirdre Mullins, Lorcan Cranitch, Liz Fitzgibbon and Justine Mitchell.
