Ahead of the trailer debut this Monday, Lionsgate has announced the release date of Bagman , the upcoming horror thriller starring Daisy Jones & the Six's Sam Claflin. The studio also shared the film's official poster, which features a creepy doll-like figure.

Bagman is set to hit theaters on September 20, putting it directly up against Apple's Brad Pitt and George Clooney-led Wolfs film. The film is directed by Colm McCarthy from a screenplay by John Hulme. In addition to Claflin, it stars Antonia Thomas, Sharon D. Clarke, Steven Cree, William Hope, Adelle Leonce, Peter McDonald, Henry Pettigrew, Caréll Rhoden, and Will Davis. The film is produced by Marty Bowen, John Fischer, Wyck Godfrey, and Isaac Klausner.

"In the film, a family is caught in a nightmare as they are hunted by an evil, mythical creature," the film's synopsis reads. "For centuries and across cultures, parents have warned their children about the legendary Bagman, who kidnaps innocent children and stuffs them into his filthy, rotting bag, never to be seen again. Patrick McKee's narrow escape as a boy left him with lasting scars for the rest of his adult life. Now Patrick's childhood tormentor has returned, threatening the safety of his wife, Karina, and son, Jake."
