Former presidential spokesman Harry Roque and 11 others have been placed on the watch list of immigration agents for their alleged involvement in illegal Philippine offshore gambling (POGO) activities.

Also under the Bureau of Immigration (BI) mandate are Cassandra Li Ong, the authorized representative of the Porac POGO Center, and Dennis Cunanan, former deputy director general of the Technology and Livelihood Resource Center (TLRC).
“Given the seriousness of the potential charges, as well as the widespread media and public attention this has received in recent months, there is a strong likelihood that the above-named nationals will attempt to place themselves beyond the reach of this Department’s legal processes by leaving the country,” the Justice Department said in a memo prior to issuance of the Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (ILBO).
“We therefore consider it necessary to issue an Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (ILBO) against the persons concerned, to at least check the itineraries of their flight, travel and/or place of residence,” it added.
