However, the airline wanted to shed some light and provide clarity on the reasons behind these unpleasant flying experiences.
During a Senate investigation into passenger complaints against the airline, Cebu Pacific President and Chief Commercial Officer Alexander Lao attributed the flight problems to fleet availability issues, supply chain constraints and some environmental factors.
First, Lao indicated that the global aviation industry has been hit by the grounding of more than 120 Pratt & Whitney-powered Airbus aircraft worldwide.
