How Warner Bros. Discovery killed HBO Max
Canada's Bell Media and Warner Bros. Discovery have extended their HBO and Max content deals while ending their legal dispute with Bell rival Rogers.
The multi-year extension comes just 17 months after the Canadian network and the U.S. studio struck a previous licensing pact. The new agreement ensures that subscribers of Bell-owned streamer Crave "will continue to have access to a vast library of premium content for the foreseeable future," the network said.
At the same time, Bell and WBD confirmed that they have settled “all matters” in their recent dispute over Bell’s supply of Discovery channels.
