Lytton was subsequently arrested and charged with 100 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

The court reportedly charged him with 10 second-degree felony counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, one third-degree felony count of obstruction of justice, and two class A misdemeanor counts of voyeurism through concealed or disguised electronic devices.
