EXCLUSIVE: Industry Entertainment veterans Bill Butler and Michelle Kittrell have left after 14 years to join start-up management/production company Amplified, which was founded earlier this year by longtime Industry Entertainment executives Adam Levine, Brandy Rivers and Michael Hepburn.

Butler and Kittrell, who bring all of their clients, are opening Amplified’s New York office, based in Chelsea. Butler, who was a Partner at Industry, will join Hepburn, Rivers and Levine as a Partner; Kittrell has been named VP/Head of NY Talent.

Butler began his career at WMA before moving to Gersh, where he eventually rose to Senior Partner and head of the New York office. Kittrell began her career in theater before moving to representation at Gersh NY, following Butler when he left to open Industry Entertainment’s New York offices in 2010.
