In a surprise turn of events, Moxley and Castagnoli turned on Danielson, while Pac stopped Wheeler Yuta. After turning on Danielson, Jon Moxley secured the number one contender spot for AEW WrestleDream 2024, taking the opportunity from Darby Allin, who was the original number one contender.
