Cate Blanchett makes return to British stage – Hollywood News

Oscar-winning actress Cate Blanchett is returning to the London stage to reprise her role as Arkadina in Anton Chekhov’s “The Seagull,” BBC News reports.

The production will run for six weeks at the Barbican Theatre in London, from February 2025.

Joining Blanchett in the cast is Tom Burke, known for his role in the BBC series "Strike" and in "Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga." The pair recently worked together on Steven Soderbergh's upcoming film "Black Bag."
