During his visit to Washington DC, Zubiri came face to face with Hollywood star Jim Caviezel and later shared the exciting encounter on his Facebook page.
The unexpected meeting with the celebrity came when the Senate President, along with Senator Francis Tolentino, traveled to the US for a meeting with American lawmakers about improving the country's relations with the United States.
“And we even ran into Jim Caviezel, who played Jesus Christ in Mel Gibson's The Passion of the Christ,” Zubiri wrote on Facebook.
