Peacock is getting into the live comedy business, tapping “Saturday Night Live” stars Colin Jost and Michael Che to host the event. “Colin Jost & Michael Che Present: New York After Dark,” the streamer’s first-ever live special, airs Thursday, Sept. 12 at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT.

The “Saturday Night Live” Weekend Update duo will host the event from The Bell House in Brooklyn. Peacock did not announce any performers other than Jost and Che, describing the guests only as “Colin and Michael’s favorite NYC club comics, fresh faces, and maybe even a few names you already know and love. Tune in live to see who will take the stage. Special guest appearances will include both emerging and established New York comics.”
