Acting Trade Secretary Maria Cristina Roque has created a hotline through which consumers can communicate directly with her and report their concerns.

The public can reach her by sending an email to [email protected], Roque said during the Malacañang Insider program hosted by Malacañang Press Secretary Daphne Oseña-Paez.
“They can always email me directly and every day I go and check them one by one. I mean, I have a group now, I put together a team – usually, matutok ako eh (I’m a hands-on person), so that’s what we do on a daily basis and then we forward it to the different departments,” Roque said in an interview aired on state-run PTV-4.
As acting head of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Roque said it is easy to get in touch with her because she is “friendly, approachable and very easy to talk to.”
