Larry David introduced his comedic take on an over-the-top character in Curb Your Enthusiasm in 2000, providing hilarity for 11 seasons through an improvisational structure revolving around awkward misunderstandings and wild antics.

Season 12, which would conclude the seven-year series, was officially confirmed as the final season in December 2023. It was scheduled to premiere on Sunday, February 4, 2024.
Co-stars Jeff Garlin, Susie Essman, Cheryl Hines, JB Smoove, Richard Lewis, Ted Danson, Vince Vaughn and Tracey Ullman join Larry for the final party, as seen in the latest trailer, which also reveals guest stars Sean Hayes, Dan Levy and Sharlto Copley.
When David announced the end of the show, he said, "Now that Curb is ending, I have the opportunity to finally shed this 'Larry David' persona and become the person God intended me to be." He humorously bids farewell to his misanthropic character and invites fellowship from Doctors Without Borders.
