Deadpool & Wolverine marks the proper big screen debut of Hugh Jackman’s comic-book-true yellow-and-blue superhero suit. The closest viewers have come to seeing his suit was in a deleted scene in 2013’s The Wolverine , as well as the hint of yellow added to his black X-Men: Days of Future Past outfit. But now that the world is celebrating the arrival of his classic yellow costume, the emotional reactions of those on set during his first camera test have been revealed.

The film's executive producer, Wendy Jacobson, recently said that Jackman's first suit test created a very "special" moment on set, with grown men getting emotional and "sobbing" with joy.
Speaking to HeyUGuys (via IGN), Jacobson said that “it was one of the craziest things.” She added:
"It was the camera test. It was before we started filming. To see those two guys, first of all, in costume together was just overwhelming, but Hugh walking out in yellow and blue, I mean, there were grown men, like, sobbing on set. So we knew it was something special, very special."
