Ahead of the game's release date later this year, THQ Nordic announced that it would be hosting a special Epic Mickey: Rebrushed fan event during Disney's D23 event.

The Epic Mickey: Rebrushed fan event will feature a standalone booth at the event where attendees can play a demo of the game and receive an exclusive set of extremely limited pins. In addition to the demo, Epic Mickey: Rebrushed will also have its own panel on August 9, 2024, where creative director Warren Spector and "additional special guests" will be in attendance to discuss the upcoming game.
Epic Mickey: Rebrushed is set for a September 24, 2024 release date for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The remake of the 2010 original game is being developed by Purple Lamp in collaboration with Disney Games.
Pre-orders for the game are now available. If you pre-order the game, you will receive a free costume pack for the game featuring Steam Boat Willie, Football and Brave Little Tailor. You will also get exclusive early access to the game for 24 hours.
