Former President Donald Trump appears to be reopening the door for a debate with Vice President Kamala Harris that is not sponsored by Fox News.

This past weekend, Trump announced a debate on Fox News for September 4 and claimed that a previously scheduled ABC News event for September 10 had been "cancelled." He also wrote that he "will see her on September 4th or I won't see her at all."
That was interpreted as Trump pulling out of the ABC News event, as Harris' campaign claimed he was "scared" and "ran straight to Fox News to save him."
Trump suggested on Fox and Friends this morning that something was in the works, though he hinted it wouldn't appear on the network.
