BREAKING NEWS: Dragon Ball Daima on Netflix! (WHAT THIS MEANS!)
Dragon Ball Daima is now scheduled to premiere on Netflix in Asia on Monday, October 14, and worldwide on Friday, October 18. The anime will feature the voices of Masako Nozawa as Goku, Yumiko Kobasyashi as Shin, Koki Uchiyama as Glorio, Fairouz Ai as Panzy, Showtaro Morikubo as Gomah, Junya Enoki as Degesu, and more.
"A conspiracy forces Goku and his friends to become small. What adventure awaits Goku, Supreme Kai, and new characters Glorio and Panzy in this unknown world, the 'Demon Realm'?" reads the anime's official logline.
Based on the characters created by the late Akira Toriyama, the anime series is directed by Yoshitaka Yashima and Aya Komaki. The creative team also includes Yuko Kakihara (series composition and screenplay) and Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru (character design). Grammy-winner Zedd has also signed on to compose the show’s opening theme, “Jaka Jaan,” with singer-songwriter duo C&K providing vocals. Zedd also produces the ending song “NAKAMA,” the lyrics of which are written and sung by artist AI.
