Senator Risa Hontiveros is looking forward to the arrest of fugitive religious leader Apollo Quiboloy as the Court of Appeals has frozen his assets and bank accounts.

In a statement on Thursday (August 8), Hontiveros thanked the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) for the measure to block Quiboloy's access to his money and personal belongings.

The CA's freezing order, first reported by Politiko, also covers the bank accounts of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC), Sonshine Media Network (SMNI), as well as entities and individuals linked to the controversial preacher.

"Deserve. There is no other way than Quiboloy na de sukdulan ang kasakiman," the senator said.
