Elon Musk's X has implemented a default setting for user messages and interactions on the social media platform. This setting is used to train the AI chatbot Grok.
Elon's "based" Grok AI has entered the chat…
“Ensure that your messages and your interactions, inputs, and results with Grok are used for training and refinement,” the setting language reads.
However, the program does provide an option for users to opt out of the process.
While the default setting automatically captures content for Grok, “all X users will have the ability to control whether their public posts can be used to train Grok, the AI search assistant,” the company wrote in a post on X, formerly Twitter, on Friday. “This setting is available on the web platform and will roll out on mobile soon.”
