Eugene Levy and Dan Levy host the Emmys! #schittscreek
EXCLUSIVE: In 2020, Eugene Levy and Dan Levy made history as the first father-son duo to win Emmys in the same year. Four years later, they're poised to break new ground as the first father-son team to host the Emmys.
Eugene Levy and Dan Levy are in negotiations to host the 2024 Primetime Emmy Awards, Deadline has learned. This year’s ceremony will air on ABC, following a 2020 Emmy Award win, when the Levys’ Schitt’s Creek won the comedy categories. Sources stress that negotiations are ongoing and it’s unclear whether a deal will be reached. Representatives for the network, the TV Academy and the actors declined to comment.
Eugene Levy and Dan Levy have delivered memorable awards show performances together, most notably at the 2020 SAG Awards. They kicked off the ceremony with an opening monologue (which you can watch below) and then presented the first and last awards.
