New CDC Study Shows Construction Workers Are Committing Suicide at Alarming Rate
Police are investigating a suspected suicide at Trilith Studios in Fayetteville, a suburb of Atlanta, GA.
Officers and medical personnel responded to a report of an "unconscious adult contractor" in a vehicle on the studio property around 6:47 a.m. Wednesday, according to a police statement. The unidentified person was found dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Police say there is no evidence of foul play and the investigation is not linked to ongoing studio projects.
A crew member told Deadline that the dead worker was a Teamster, but that has not been confirmed.
