EXCLUSIVE: Pablo Torre, who left his tenure at ESPN in 2023 but was still a regular on the network, will expand his presence on MSNBC as the November election approaches, sources tell Deadline.

The performances coincide with ongoing tapings of guest hosts and panelists on ESPN's Pardon the Interruption and Around the Horn.

Torre’s main job, meanwhile, is at Meadowlark Media, the John Skipper-led organization that’s also seeing a return on its investment in the host. The podcast Pablo Torre Finds Out has seen a double-digit increase in YouTube views every month since its September 2023 launch and also recently won an Edward R. Murrow Award for sports reporting.

The award was presented for an episode titled "The Teenage Athlete at the Heart of America's Culture War… Isn't Very Good at Sports." Torre traveled to Ohio, where lawmakers were attempting to pass legislation that would ban transgender female students from playing against girls. The effort was made despite the fact that there was only one transgender girl in the entire state (a reserve softball catcher named Ember Zelch, who had zero home runs in his career).
