The new figure is part of Funko's ongoing Project Fred, which sees Funko mascot Freddy personify some of the most iconic pop culture brands. This time around, it's Pan American Airways, also known as Pan Am, an airline founded in 1927 that was best known for its dedication to providing luxurious ways to travel internationally. The company eventually dissolved in 1991, but remains iconic through its vintage advertising and logo.
The 11-inch collectible figure is available now on Funko's EQL website and is limited to just 750 pieces, making it a fairly limited collector's item for those looking to get their hands on it. On top of the limited nature, a separate, "chase" version of the collectible was also created, featuring an alternate color palette design. 1 in 10 people will receive the special chase version of the figure, which is also limited to just 750 pieces.
The collectible itself is modeled after Funko's mascot, Freddy, dressed in the same teal color scheme that Pan Am is known for. The collectible features Pan Am's logo on the front, as well as the word "FNKO" across the chest, with a message underneath that it is limited to 750.
