The world of Family Guy is officially getting ready to hit Comedy Central, as Paramount and Disney have signed a deal to air the hit comedy series on Comedy Central.

Family Guy will begin airing library episodes of the hit series on Comedy Central on September 2, joining other popular comedies like South Park and Futurama. The series comes to Comedy Central as part of a licensing deal between Paramount and Disney, the latter of which owns the rights to the comedy, which will begin airing new episodes on Wednesdays this fall on Fox.

To kick off the move, Comedy Central will air episodes of Family Guy all day long, beginning on Labor Day, before airing the series on the network's regular channel page.
